Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take up to 5 business days during busy periods, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Sketchora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 5–10 business days after shipment. International delivery may take approximately 10–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or address issues.

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking activity may take some time to appear after the shipping carrier receives the package.

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing the order. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back because return authorization and return instructions are required. Approved returns should be shipped within 7 calendar days after authorization.

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. When reasonably possible, damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
