Sketchora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking activity may take some time to appear after the shipping carrier receives the package.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back because return authorization and return instructions are required. Approved returns should be shipped within 7 calendar days after authorization.
